As a cloud-first bank, Capital One needed IAM solutions that could scale to handle millions of customer identities, support microservices architecture, meet stringent financial regulations (SOX, GLBA, FFIEC), and enable rapid innovation while maintaining security.

Solution

MetaHorizon implemented a cloud-native IAM architecture using Okta for workforce identity, custom microservices for customer identity, API security gateways, and automated compliance monitoring. We integrated with AWS services, Kubernetes, and implemented real-time risk-based authentication.
